I've made a job offer to someone, what's next?



Applies to: all TWL Store Management Team

Once you have completed the recruitment process and made an offer to someone, you will need to do the following to get them on board as a new Team Member:

1. Generate an Employment Agreement 

  • Please use Docusign to create a contract for all waged, store level roles (for salaried roles please complete a new contract request form through myinfohelp)
  • You will need to attach a signed copy of their Right to Work documentation 
  • Once you have signed the contract this will be sent to the new team member to sign
  • Once they have signed the contract you will be notified and will need to complete their New Starter Setup in MyPay
NB: Once the Docusign process is complete they will not be added into MyPay automatically you will need to follow the MyPay process as below


2.  New Starter Setup in MyPay

  • Once the new team member has signed their contract through Docusign, you will need to set them up as a new starter in MyPay
  • This will ensure they are added to your MyPay and PayGlobal
  • Once you have completed the form, this will go through to the Payroll Department to approve

NB: Once the new team member has been set up in the Payroll system, this information will flow through to InfoHelp who will set them up with the appropriate IS access. This part of the process happens automatically
