At TWG, each team member should feel they can bring their whole selves to work, live by the Group values and work within a safe environment. Sometimes, serious scenarios happen don’t align with this. This includes unethical, unacceptable or illegal behaviour like bullying, harassment or general misconduct that may impact you, your colleagues or the business as a whole. In these situations, it’s important you have as much support as possible to raise your concerns.

What is FairCall and when should I use it?

While we’ll continue providing you with these important services like AskPeopleSupport and our confidential enquires email, we recognise you may not always feel comfortable using these channels to discuss certain matters. That’s why we partnered with KPMG, an independent third party to operate our new whistleblower hotline, FairCall. Through fair call you can:

- Confidentially and securely talk to someone outside of TWG;

- Access 24/7 phone support;

- Request to remain anonymous.

Why should I use FairCall instead of our existing channels?

While we’ll continue providing you with important services like AskPeopleSupport and our internal confidential hotline, we recognise you may not always feel comfortable using these channels to discuss certain matters. In these cases, you can contact FairCall to talk to someone outside of TWG. Like our other support channels, your FairCall calls/information will be taken in total confidence. The hotline is available 24/7 and you can request to remain anonymous. All calls are monitored and managed by our third-party partners KPMG.

Will TWG know I’ve contacted FairCall?

Each day, our Employment Relations team will receive a report from KPMG with a summary of calls received on the hotline. The daily report means we can take action immediately to address your concerns alongside KPMG. If you’ve asked to remain anonymous, your personal information will not be shared with us and we will not attempt to retrieve this.

I work outside of New Zealand / I want to make a call while I’m outside of New Zealand. Can I still call FairCall?

Yes, it’s available to everyone globally. Along with calling, you can also use the online form or post your information to FairCall directly..
