MyPay User Guide for Managers - Viewing Direct Reports of Direct Reports

Applies to: all TWL

Viewing Direct Reports of Direct Reports

By default Managers can only view their direct reports. If any of their direct reports have reports of their own they are able to view these
direct reports by using the Manager Role switch. At the top of each Manager screen there will be a Manager drop down list which by
default will shows the Managers role and name. If they click on the drop down list they will see the names of their direct reports who also
have direct reports.

Example:
Sarah Long enters the Employee Details screen, initially she can only see her direct report of John Simpson in the list:

Sarah selects John Simpson's name in the Manager drop down list and the list of Team Members change and she can now see John’s direct
reports of Jane Smith and Joe Bloggs:

Sarah can see and do everything that John can for this module only. Sarah can click navigate around this module, and the Manager settings will be retained, but when she clicks another option in the menu, she assumes her own role again. When Sarah completes an action on John's behalf, John and the relevant Team Member are notified by email.
