Purpose
The Warehouse Group Limited recognises the benefits for the team members in being able to purchase items at a discount from the Warehouse Group stores.
Policy/procedure
Discount cards are issued from Support Office upon receipt of the completed application form (attached).

FAQ's
How do I apply for a team card?
As a new starter, you will order a card through the new starter form that you will need to complete on MyPay.
How long will it take for me to get my team card?
Team cards usually take between 4-6 weeks to be made from the date that Payroll have received your application form. When your card is ready it will be sent to your store in the red bag.
I've lost my team card, what do I do?
Please complete a new application form and email to
payroll@thewarehousegroup.co.nz . Please include in the email that you have lost your card and would like to cancel and replace it
My team card is not working at the till, what do I do?
Please contact Ask People Support.
