Overview

All permanent team members have access to certain benefits as part of their employment at the The Warehouse including:
  • Team member discount card
  • Birthday time off
  • Wellness Support (extended sick leave)

  • Medical Insurance (Southern Cross)
  • Funeral Benefit
  • Long service extra holidays after 10 years

FAQ's

How can I get a team card?
As a new starter, you will order a card through the new starter form that you will need to complete on MyPay.

What time do I get off for my birthday?
Permanent team members get time off according to the hours they work:
  • 40 hours per week - 1 day off
  • 20 hours per week - 1/2 day off

What is Wellness Support? How can I access it?
Where possible, we help you if you need to take extended sick leave because of a more serious illness. If you have been with us for more than three months you may be eligible to paid sick leave for a period of up to three months. You will need to apply for this leave.  It is for personal, unexpected health issues and is at our discretion.
