In this role, you will support the Apparel Manager to ensure that the department is visually appealing, using visual merchandising techniques and associated guides. You will encourage a sales culture within your team which includes Clothing, Footwear, Accessories and Jewellery.
You will support the Apparel Manager to ensure merchandising standards are met and you will take a proactive role in creating and maintaining a safe working environment.
You will have accountability for the apparel department in the apparel managers absence.
